Chuck Wagon Round Up
End of Year Board Member Luncheon
Board members and ranch hands threw on their cowboy hats and donned their favorite boots for this special gunslingin' occasion. This end-of-year luncheon was a wild west hit with all kinds of yummy chow and treats, awards, special guests (including the Chief of Police), horseshoe games and a lot of laughter.
The luncheon was so well thought out, as always, and full of surprises and fun props. Each cowboy and cowgirl got a new name when they arrived using this key. So, for instance, instead of my name, Bonnie Pfiester (the gal shooting photographs), my cowgirl name was Gunslingin' Jane Garret - pretty fitting for a cowgirl who was taking "shots" at everyone the whole time.
Ranches (each table had a ranch name) played horseshoes for prizes and a place in the food line. There were horses made of pool noodles, sunflower arrangements, bandana napkins and so much more to make this event one to remember and say "YEEHAW".
